I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Michael and Shelley Jemison for many years. It made perfect sense for me to partner with them for the development of Herring Place for our respective corporate headquarters in Downtown Plant City. We share an affinity and love of our community and especially our downtown core. It took almost exactly one year from November 2020 until November 2021. It was a timeline that was aggressive for design, approval, and construction in any environment, but it was practically a miracle in this current climate. We came in on time and on budget in spite of all of the supply chain and cost increase challenges that have plagued so many builders in the recent past. I’m happy to call the Jemisons and Solution Source my friends and neighbors.
