Jaydon Development (owner of The Vault project) would like to announce they have closed on a sale of The Vault property to a large technology company. We understand they are moving their operations & headquarters to Plant City. The new owner is expected to make an announcement in the near future. We do know this company will be bringing many new jobs to downtown Plant City along with a significant renovation of the building.
Jaydon remains confident this was the right decision for the other businesses in the area (meaning more people downtown will simply help everyone). The new business will complement the adjacent Wheeler Street Station project and overall bring new opportunities to the downtown district.
